1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing DeepRAGs, including requesting early access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. Early access & eligibility
DeepRAGs is currently offered on an invite-only basis. Sign-in and purchases are available only to approved, whitelisted workspaces. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to process unlawful content. You are responsible for the data you connect and ingest.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Enterprise terms are governed by a separate order form.
5. Intellectual property
DeepRAGs retains all rights to the platform. You retain all rights to the content you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepRAGs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
